Properties in Atherton, Los Altos Hills, Menlo Park and travel to prep and cover other properties as needed Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9-7 with flexibility needed.
Occasional weekends and travel as needed.
Available by text or phone off hours.
Compensation:
$150K-$200K plus full benefits and potential for yearly bonus, vacation and standard holidays.
Summary:
The House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the household, including cleaning, maintenance, and staff supervision.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in cleaning and household management.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily cleaning of the home, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
Ensure that the home is clean and well-maintained, including making minor repairs and arranging for professional maintenance as needed.
Supervise and train household staff, including cleaners, nannies, and personal assistants.
Manage household finances, including budgeting, bill paying, and tracking expenses.
Coordinate and manage household events and activities, such as parties, dinners, and travel arrangements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Household.
Requirements 7-10 years min in being a true estate manager or director of residences Experience working from a home office and for a family with children in the past Pet friendly References from direct employers Flexible schedule and willingness to answer emails, texts or calls after hours or on weekends College degree Local to Silicon Valley area/familiarity around and connections with vendors in this area Patient, kind, confident, happy demeanor Experience working in a high profile, fully staffed household Discrete and ability to read the room ie high emotional intelligence and situational awareness Superb written and oral communication skills Event planning experience Proactive problem solver and ability to anticipate needs; able to discern when to escalate a problem or question and when to resolve it independently APPLY AT https:
