Responsible for washing dishes and ensuring that the dishwashing and kitchen areas are clean, organized, and meet safety requirements.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish-washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station.
Must have the ability to work in the US unrestricted.

Wednesday-Sunday 8-4 pm Requirements:
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish-washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, pots/pans, glassware, and all kitchen areas.
Follow weekly kitchen cleaning as scheduled.
Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
Keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers.
Assist with food preparation as needed.
Dispose of glass in the proper containers.
Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin.
Dispose of glass and trash in the proper containers.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and crouch.
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
including but not limited to pots, pans, and trays of food on a regular and continuing basis.
Will be exposed to chemicals used in typical cleaning supplies.
Works in areas of high temperatures and moisture.
Handles sharp objects.
Stands and walks 99% of the shift.
Qualifications:
High School or GED preferred a one (1) year experience required in the cleaning industry preferred.
Ability to hear, understand, and speak basic English preferred.
Must have the ability to work in the US unrestricted.
