PMO Specialist

As a PMO Specialist, you will be chartered with the supporting the team across the Programs and Projects Portfolio tracking, reporting and related communication, across all Supply Chain and Operational active initiatives. You will work closely with the Program and Project Managers, the PM leaderships team to:Propose, build, sustain and maintain projects / program portfolio tracking and related reportingPlan, organize and chair PMO reviews with key partners (PM POD team, IT BizApps team, other leaders within SOE)Support the team in various miscellaneous activities that might be needed for the team and or specific projects (e.g.: support to develop support process, projects? documentation, ?).You will be reporting on a day to day basis to the lead of the Operations Program Management team and will work closely with the Manager of the PM POD. If you like a fast pace challenging environment where you can make impact, this role is for you!Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and operate robust projects / programs tracking tools (XL with extract / interaction through PM tools like MS project, JIRA or custom tools)Monitor and chase for projects / program update to align with a regular reporting / review cadence.Chair and lead programs / projects status reviews, and report outContribute to Project Management tools selection / design, to ensure alignment with PMO reportingSupport team in various miscellaneous activities that will improve team?s processesSupport team for miscellaneous urgent requests and/or initiatives for the organization.Skills and experience:Strong understanding and experienced in all Project Management fundamentals and methodologiesUniversity or College degree in Business, Operations or Supply Chain.Minimum of 1-3 years? experience in a PMO specialist roleStrong XL and reporting tools skills (structured tracking, pivot reporting and graphical reporting) combined with solid PPT skillsStrong communicator and excellent collaborator skills?Demonstrated ability in achieving resultsExcellent organization and time management skillsPositive and can-do attitudeDynamic self-starter who regularly overachieves targets for assignmentsAbility to focus under pressure and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills? - provided by Dice

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
